Houlte Warranty Policy
Houlte guarantees that all of our furniture is free from defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product and begin from the date of delivery. Within the first 60 days after receiving your order, you are eligible for our worry-free return policy. After this period, we will continue to provide valid services under the terms of the warranty.
If a manufacturing defect is identified during the warranty period, Houlte will offer a refund, replacement of the affected part, or a comparable item of similar style and value. This warranty covers replacement or refund of products with issues caused by manufacturing or material defects, and does not cover normal wear and tear or issues inherent to the nature of the materials used.
Warranty Coverage Period: 3 Years
Definition of Warranty
Houlte’s limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to indoor furniture used in residential (non-commercial) settings. The warranty is void if the furniture is used in a non-residential environment, misused, improperly handled, or reupholstered. Proper care and use are essential to maintaining your rights under this warranty.
Houlte's decision on any claim regarding defects in materials or workmanship is final and binding. Any refund or replacement is at the sole discretion of Houlte. This warranty is valid only for the original retail purchaser and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined above.
Warranty Service
All claims must be submitted via email to service@houlte.com, and must include photos of the defect along with your order number.
Houlte will provide replacement parts or comparable furniture items to compensate for the defect. In cases where exact replacements are not available, an item of similar style and equivalent value will be provided. Cash refunds are not available, and under no circumstances will Houlte be liable for more than the original purchase price of the item, including any incidental or consequential damages.
Please note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you depending on your location.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and exchanges. Any item repaired or replaced under this limited warranty will remain covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
