Who can become a B2B member?
Any business that designs spaces or buys products can become a member. Interior design firms, architecture firms, owners and developers, brands, purchasing agents, set designers and stagers, independent and small businesses, chefs, and other qualified applicants in the commercial, hospitality, and food and beverage industries are encouraged to apply.
Are trade member purchases eligible for tax-exemption?
Yes, trade members who have already applied for tax-exemption will have the taxes directly waived at the time of ordering, without needing to contact the customer service team afterwards to apply for a tax refund.
How do I sign up for tax-exempt purchases?
New trade members who select tax-exempt status during application (please refer to the tax-exempt certificate document requirements) will automatically receive tax-free purchasing privileges when creating an online account. Existing trade members need to contact us at service@houlte.com to obtain the relevant documents that need to be filled out and returned.
How do I use my tax exemption on B2B purchases?

Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum quantity to shop our product assortment online. For custom products or COM, some minimums may apply. For specific project needs or large orders, contact your Account Executive or email us at service@houlte.com.
